I want to be a congregant in the Church of the Wild, pastored by Andrew Forsthoefel. What a great sermon. Did not put me to sleep.

Reverend brother friend, Loved seeing you speak via live steam. You’re a natural behind the pulpit!

Thank you for sharing your first sermon, Andrew. Beautiful message. I hear your uncertainty of what it looks like to step into that pastoral role, and who your congregation will be..and I also hear the groundedness and strength of you already living in that space. So easy to wonder why we don’t have community, and much harder to face the reality of why and find the discomfort being ready to take up space and be vulnerable and exist from a mindset of togetherness. I feel inspired to remember more intentionally that we belong to each other.

Amen! Thank you as always, Jonathan. And I appreciate the observation that it's easy to wonder why, and more difficult to face the reality that we actually do know why (in some cases) and can we really be with that...Wishing you well in this shared wondering and facing...

Congratulations on your inaugural sermon! You've set the bar high for no doubt many more occasions to share your wise reminders to aim higher in our inner and interpersonal relationships.
