First I was a baby, then a boy. A man, at some point, right around the time I became a writer. A ceremonialist. An interfaith minister. A restorative justice practitioner. Then, a husband. Now a dad. This life keeps happening. I’m growing into it, moving with it best I can.
I care deeply about the sanctity of life. I believe in life’s living intelligence, life’s desire, and that life is working for us, with us, to hone us and clarify us and sometimes shatter us into an ever-truer living of who we are, who really are. Who are we, really? Who am I? I write my way through it, to it. One story, one sermon, one poem at a time.
Thanks for joining me here. You’re an important part of this, for me.
